These Terms of Use govern your use of the Brainly application. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service Description

Brainly is an entertainment app offering short vertical mini dramas and novel/reading content. Content may be available for free with ads or through a Premium subscription.

2. Account

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.
You must not share your account with others.

3. Subscription and Payment

Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from the settings of the relevant store account.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the store where the purchase was made.
Premium access is connected to the store account used for the purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Copy, download, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.
Use automated tools such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers to collect content or data in bulk.
Interfere with the service, servers, security measures, or attempt unauthorized access.
Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or misleading content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logo, and software in the app belong to Brainly or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You receive only a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

6. User Content

You are responsible for comments and other content you submit. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and, when necessary, suspend accounts. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating the service.

7. Ads

The free version may show third-party ads such as Google AdMob. Brainly is not responsible for ad content or linked websites.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brainly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
